Doc 2091790.1 Question 27 Answer?

Good Afternoon,  The Answer to Question 27 on Doc 2091790.1 indicates that the T3 entry cannot be turned off.  The T3 can be turned off at the Company Level using the CO Burden rules OR at the Business Unit level using the BU Burden rules as far as I know.  Can someone please confirm if this is correct?
