How to change weblogic user password after installation of ECC ?

For security policy reasons we are required to change weblogic user password but I am unable to find the correct way to update this password.

If the standard method (Go to page: Home > Summary of Security Realms > myrealm > Users and Groups > weblogic as per Doc ID 1082299.1 ) is used the stopAllEcc.sh and startAllEcc.sh are unable to restart eccManaged server.

Please advise.
