get oem version - how ?

Hi, I need to get the version of an OEM instance running I suspect it to be either 13.3.1 or 13.3.2, but all I get back (from different sources) is that the version is 13.3.0.0.0 which basically is incorrect, but the additional problem is that I still don't know the version So, how do you get the OEM version
