Problems with Patch wizard 12.2.9 - any ideas?

Hi All

Having problems with patch wizard on an upgraded 12.2.9 instance.  This is an SSL enabled instance and patched to the latest version of the wizard but am getting the following error:

Stack Trace = oracle.apps.fnd.oam.sdk.util.url.URLFetchException: Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL: https://updates.oracle.com/download/InfoBundleR12.zip; Root exception is:

java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL: https://updates.oracle.com/download/InfoBundleR12.zip
