Consolidation of orders over cost of shipping each direct

Hello,

Is there a way to break up order bundling or to lean on cost savings while bundling than to not do that.

I have two orders same OD pair

They exceed volume limits for LTL if put together

TL cost for the lane can be 100k - any huge false cost

LTL cost for the lane 200

Result we want is two ltl shipments for total cost of 400 dollars.

Instead we get one TL shipment with the two orders for 100,000

So bulk pan is bundling and then not letting go of the bundle. What can be set to try to have that bundle broken up and rate individually for a much cheaper price?
