Pre AM Interface Review

Currently our users of Asset Management have the ability in Pre AM Interface Review to utilize the minus button on the Preview AP/PO Information.  We would like to remove this ability to delete at this stage in the interface process.  Our push is to have the users use the Change/Delete Pending Trans to remove unneeded assets.  In reading PeopleBooks I am only able to find mention of making corrections in the Preview AP/PO Information screens.  I have been unable to find anything on deletion at this point of the process.   Should this be allowed at the Pre AM Interface review?
