Create new OH failes on second node

Hi all !

After upgrading X5-2 VP  -> 18.3 -> 18.8 we're now creating new OH's (12.2 + 18.8).

Both installs errors out at the end? and logs does not reveal more than this (complete log for 12.2 install at the end):
