Job scheduler delaying jobs

Hello Everyone-

I'm facing problem with oracle scheduler job. My database contains around 200 jobs scheduled on every 1 minute. They all are executed but with slight delay of few seconds. They are supposed to be executed on every 1 minute but they are delayed by few seconds as shown in the attached snapshot. Can anyone tell me why is that so and how to fix this issue?

I have set job_queue_process = 500.
