How to delete repair actual lines

Logistic line and repair actual line booked with different sales order , i try to cancel the repair actual sales order but sales order line is closed without invoice generating

i need to create a sales order  in the repair actuals as per the same SO in logistic tab, here anyone suggest how can i delete the repair actual line.

can we use Delete FROM CSD_REPAIR_ACTUAL_LINES WHERE repair_actual_id=785609? or need to use any API?
