Siebel and BIP 12c Cluster

Hi,

We have configured and installed BIP 12c with IP19 on one server and is working fine.

Docs Followed:

Siebel Reports with Oracle BI Publisher 12c (Doc ID 2332902.1)

How to Install BI Publisher 12c on Windows? (Doc ID 2425362.1)

We would like to configure BIP on another server and load balance connections to BIP from F5. When we try to configure second server with same steps as followed in document with config.sh, we observer an error BIP_STB tablespace is already used.

Let know how can we configure BIP for cluster/High Availability  with Siebel IP19.
