WIP Issue and Return transactions are allowed when Project Status is not chargeable

Hi

We are using project manufacturing, all issue and receipt transactions are looking at the Project status - is chargeable or not. However WIP Issue and WIP Return is not looking at the project status, it allows transactions.

Do we have any setup to be done in place or it is a functionaliy. Any pointers will help.
