What-If custom menu for Preprocess giving weird results

Hi,

Custom menu is created for simulating pre-processing behavior but while running pre-processing simulation using what-if  (these are same rule-groups which are running weekly) result in completely different output.

In-effect it is zero'ing out the output (pre-processed sales). Not sure if some of measures which are used in what-if simulation process is different from what batch actually uses during nightly?
