Error occurred in "OWSM Processing" Phase Execution when upgrading OWCS from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.

Hi everyone,

While upgrading OWCS from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0 seeing the error on Reconfiguration progress step.

ERROR

GRAVE [75] com.oracle.cie.domain.progress.AbstractProgressGenerator - Error occurred in phase {OWSM en Proceso} execution.

As we have run the configuration in debug mode: 

../reconfig.cmd -log=C:/tmp/logs.txt -log_priority=DEBUG

we have obtained extra information of the error, but we don't know where is the problem:
