Where location of listener ADR set

It isn’t as obvious as the title suggests.

I have a really strange issue, and cannot spot where the problem lies.

I have two Solaris servers (11.4), which currently are hosting 12.1 databases, and I’m in the early stages of looking at upgrading them to 19 – and I’m looking at the environments. Sadly the people who installed the current Homes (one Home per host), no longer work for us and the documentation on what they did is scant. The issue is quite simple and I know how I could resolve it, but I’m more interested in why, in case there is something else amiss. Both servers are for the same application (one production, one non-production) are at the same oracle
