Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We need to have the ability to electronically split PO lines into multiple shipments to accurately represent promise dates with partial Qty

Need confirmation if existing PO_CHANGE_API1_S API supports it or do we have any other way to achieve this feature in EBS12.2.4
