Concurrent -Email Delivery to Group Mail ID is not working R 12.1.3

Good Evening To All,

We are using  R12.1.3

We are running a concurrent ( To Print OUTPUT)   program  with Delivery to Email - It is working  if we include  individual email id.

Since it  is should  go to 10 department heads -we created  a group email -PRJGRP.

When we mention this new  group Email on Delivery- members is not receiving and getting below errors

Your message can't be delivered because delivery to this address is restricted.
