Error message: mea3.Linux_2.6.18-194.el5_x86_64.Oracle11g_64Bit.20130530.7.0.Client' doesn't belong

Hello,

Every 10 minutes the following messages are logged in /var/log/messages suddenly.

I'm  a newbie to Oracle database, but I just assume it's related to 'MQ'. What is MQ and what this suddenly appears in messages log??
