Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Team

I want to create a custom workflow for oracle.apps.eam.work order.status.change

The business requirement is, whenever a WO is completed, it has to go to Level 1 approver and level 2 approver,

once both the approver approves the WO completion the WO status should be changed to Complete.

I have tried the standard AME Transaction type EAM Work Order Completion - SSWA but i was able to do, only the below operation ,

During Work Order Completion, the approver can E-sign the work order completion process ONLINE.

Workflow notification is not triggered to concern approver.

I have read multiple document, it was advised that there is not standard work order completion work flow exists, so it should be customized.
