BIP webservice updateTemplateForReport return error

hello

i use Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.2.0 ,

i want to update a template using updateTemplateForReport but an error is returned

oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException: PublicReportService::

         executeUpdateTemplateForReport Failure: Unable to create new template for Report [/JM/effectif.xdo]

         Due to oracle.xdo.server.ServerException: oracle.xdo.servlet.resources.DuplicateResourceException:

         Template (name: TYTY2.rtf, locale: fr_FR) of report (abs path: /JM/effectif.xdo) is already exist
