value hardcoded for Create Execution Report in APPS.gl_coa_seg_val_imp_pub.coa_segment_val_imp

Hi All
  value to the parameter  "Create Execution Report" is hardocded for "Program-Inherit Segment Value Attributes" in APPS.gl_coa_seg_val_imp_pub.coa_segment_val_imp.

we want to make it 'N'  from 'Y' to not to generate out of "Program-Inherit Segment Value Attributes" as it was generating huge output files which is causing server space issue.

Please reffer the suggession from SR 3-23027740671 from Support team.

Please help us ASAP.
