Database up-grade from 11.2.0.1 to 12.2.0.1

Hi  there,

I am planning to upgrade the Database from 11.2.0.1 to 12.2.0.1 (12c is application requirement).  Since source Database is 11.2.0.1 instead of 11.2.0.3, so I cannot use some good feature for up-gradation. I am planning to up-grade using DataPump.

Could you please guide me the best way to up-grade the above version and if there any documentation please share with me.
