Job Letter Issues

Hi


can some guidance  be given for the following issue .

When an employee generates a job letter

1. SPS allowance incorrectly calculated

– Figure showing as $6.00 and may be related to the  PDBA, which is setup to calculate 6%. This amount should be calculated and represented on the JL as a dollar amount.

2. Output not generated for employees with a taxable allowance

- If a user has no taxable allowance . “Taxable Allowance” should not show up on the JL

Currently taxable shows  but with no $ amount value
