When does the migration.properties file get corrupt in Siebel Migration Application?

Hi Team,

We get the below error in our application whenever we restart the services and try to access the Migration Application:

[FATAL] Migration - com.siebel.migration.server.MigrationDataComp:initConnection Unable to get DB details from Migration Profile

[ERROR] Migration - com.siebel.migration.server.MigrationServer:doPost Could not initialze the DB. Application will be in light mode

Upon searching the support, there were multiple documents available mentioning that the root cause of the issue is due to a corruption in migration.properties file:
