crsctl command shows only one node

Hi,

I have two node RAC running in OEL 6(guest O/S) on Windows 7 host in virtual box  environment. In this crsctl shows correctly. I can see both RAC nodes correctly. I exported VMs as OVA format and moved RAC nodes to virtual box environment on Debian 10 host.

On Debian 10, I am not seeing second host in "crsctl status resource -t" command. I am uploading output from Windows(working fine) and Debian(not working) environment. When I run "cluvfy stage -post crsinst -n RAC1,RAC2 -verbose" I see some difference between two environment. Can someone help me fix the issue. The difference is as follow:
