RPAS - Multiple Promotion/Plan Submit Rule run query

Hi,

I have a query, there is a Promo_Submit rule group which runs when we run the Promo Submit custom menu. Say, for example, I have 4 different promotions(DPMs) that are to be submitted i.e. they have been build in the workbook and ready to be submitted. However, for 2 out of those 4 promotions, there is an error message present in a field that makes a particular boolean false. Now, when I go on and submit them 4 together, I get the message that 'Selected Decision is submitted successfully' but 2 of them don't get submitted which according to boolean
