User specific ECC dashboard

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello All,

is it possible to create user specific ECC dashboard?  for example, if the Buyer A login and he can view data or dashboard specific to him similar to folder creation specific to user.  This gives more control and user can easily focus what required from them.
