adcmctl.sh slow even with no concurrent requests running

I'm noting that when I run "adcmctl.sh stop apps/pass" it takes 3, to 5 or even 6 minutes for the Concurrent Manager to shut down, while there are NO concurrent requests running, NO concurrent requests were running, and NO concurrent requests are waiting I'm expecting it would take 2 to 3 minutes to stop, again: in case no concurrent requests are running We have some special concurrent managers, but it's not these which are left running longer, whilst shutting down
