Good  Evening All  !!!

Currently we are using R12.1.3   (on Premises)

Now our management  want to look for option to go CLOUD ( Due to CORONO - as most of peoples are working from home)

Can some one please share the process steps involved in this to complete .  Including below points

Will oracle  do free support to migrate  existing data

Is there any  license fee or additional /hidden cost is there

Existing Personalization  /DFF usage  field  available on CLOUD

Will oracle support on application setup on CLOD

To Whom we need to communicate to Oracle - Is Technical team thru SR  or we need to contact  Sales Team
