HRMS - Accrual Plan Vacation Balance email

Hi,

I created new Accrual Plan and assign it to a few associate, now those associate are missing in the vacation balance email that received by Managers, please see below for email that received by managers.

I need to find where those emails get generated so that I will change the custom query and add a new accrual plan.

Hope you get my question, if not please let me know so that I can try to explain in more detail.
