State of MO Fluid PDF W-4

Good Afternoon -

Does anyone have employees in Missouri?  I am still having issues with the Fluid PDF W-4.  I have an employee that wants to by pass the standard withholdings and enter a specific amount for MO state taxes.  When I enter an amount in #3 and submit I get the following error message.  There have been so many changes to the MO PDF W-4  I am not sure I even have the correct version. 

I appreciate any help you can give me.
