What if OVM Manager is lost and we need a new one for the existing server pool (cluster)?
Hi all,
Just here wondering if someone already had this unlucky moment (not me so far and I hope it wont happen)... Lost the OVM manager and you don't have a backup
Is it possible to install a new OVM manager to manage an existing and working OVM cluster (or server pool - never know how to call it)?
I already read documents about installing a new OVM manager and using the backup from the previous/lost one and others about installing with the --uuid parameter while installing and after that, create a new server pool? In this case, what about the already existing and running VM's?
