R42118 release backorder not splitting SO lines when quantity is partially available

hi Everyone,

When entering an SO with stock partially available, we are getting both quantity shipped and quantity backordered updated correctly, but when running R42118, the SO does not get split.

We are using Commitment PO set to <BLANK> and running in final mode.

What can be preventing R42118 from splitting the line?
