How is the Work Request status changed after Work Order Completion in EAM?

Hi Community,

I wonder how is the Work Request status changed after Work Order Completion in Enterprise Asset Management? Is there any workflow? or system use API to change status just after Complete Work order? Is' it possible to change Work Request status for another than Complete during Completion Work Order. ?
