How to handle repair approve in EAM

Hi Community,

We have following scenario:

Somebody from production create work request for broken machine (Asset Number) using by Self service Work Request responsibility. As a result of this process we have Request Number. Somebody from Maintenance Department handle this request. For this purpose mechanic create Work Order (connected to this request), fix this machine and Complete Work Order.  We need handle process where somebody from production approve that the repair is done correctly and production can use this machine.

a) Is there any solution to inform production department that Work Request has been solved (Complete status) ?

b) Is there any solution to handle repair confirmation process?
