Troubleshoot Printing

Hey Team,

I setup a new printer in JDE for JPD920 and JPY920. I setup these printers up in PY (P98616) and it only seems to work in PY not PD. There is the same configuration for both JPY920 and JPD920. Security with the users are the same. There are different host names but in the setup it contains *ALL.

What troubleshooting techniques would you recommend? I turned on logging to compare PY vs PD and it finds the PHYD in both sets of logs. No errors that are out of the ordinary. There isn't a specific printer setup in RDA in the report.
