Database maintenance failed with result code -1

Hi Oracle Team,

I am using Xstore Version 18.0.0.0.654 here I am getting daily an issue with the store close fail.

Once my store close started it is stopping at this Database maintenance failed while running RESTORE_DB_XSTORE chain and also one more error is start-xstore-auto': Anchor file [C:\xstore\tmp\xstore.anchor] not found! Cannot terminate app. null.

Please help me on below errors to fix and find the root cause.

errors are :

Action name: RESTORE_DB_XSTORE

Action state: ERROR
