Writing to file using B76B0220 is inconsistent on Windows Server 2016

Hello,

Has anyone run into any issues in using business function B76B0220 and Windows Server 2016? We have several UBEs that are using this business function to write out text flat files to send to banks. We recently upgraded from 9.1 to 9.2 (and upgraded our file server from Windows Server 2012 to 2016) and we've noticed that these text files are incomplete. We found this link that talks about file record locks:

We never ran into this issue in 9.1 and on Windows Server 2012, and it happens sporadically in 9.2, but it looks like our UBE is not writing the full records on the flat file. For example, we expect the file to contain the following:

Howdy, Stranger!
