Upgrade/Migrate Oracle RAC 11g to 19c

Hi,

We need to upgrade and Oracle RAC 11g, with Data Guard, to 19c and his operating system from RH7 to RH8. For the Oracle upgrade i would use Logical Data Guard to reduce downtime... but and there is my question. It's possible upgrade the operating system without need to migrate the database to another RAC environment ??.
