Change to Using Fluid Position Management from Classic

We are currently using classic position management and will be making the change to fluid position management.  Other than PeopleBooks, is there any type of document that provides the steps to be taken to make the switch from classic to fluid position management?  Any information such as what to watch out for, etc would be very helpful.

We're on PUM Image 33 and PTools 8.57.
