Transmit Spain SII Oracle R12 XML file to tax authorities portal

Hi

We are looking to use the Online VAT Data Extraction Program Spain to extract xml file from Oracle. My question is does this program automate the process of sending the file to Tax authorities portal? Is additon set up customisation required to automate the sending of the file and receiving response from tax authority?
