Is there a direct upgrade path from Release 12.1.2 to Release 12.2.8

Hi,

Is there a direct upgrade path from Release 12.1.2 to Release 12.2.8? (DB version is 11.2.0.4) Or do we need to upgrade first 12.2 then 12.2.8? Or do we need to upgrade 12.1.3 then 12.2.8?
