Employee Privilege Template and PC Chartfields on the TE_EXP_SHEET_INQ component

I've configured the system to HIDE PC Chartfields however, they are still showing up under the View Expense Report component (TE_EXP_SHEET_INQ). Is this a bug or have I mis-configured something?
