Pay Period Balance ID when Pay Periods = 27

We have setup a balance ID for Pay Period (bi-weekly).  Normally there are 26 pay periods in a year, but this year we have 27.  Pay Calendars were successfully created (27), but the Balance ID table will not allow us to add the 27th pay period.  We receive the following error message:

Has anyone else experienced this when the number of pay periods in a year is not 26 for bi-weekly pay periods?
