Removing archive logs from Downstream Database

Hi!
I found in Golden Gate Configuration, How To Delete Archive Logs From Downstream Database (Doc ID 2011174.1)

that there is full support for downstream recovery area in Database 12.2 version or later.

But in 12.2(or 19c) docs I cannot find any mention about it.

Could anyone shed some light on this issue?
