Issue with Forecast Method measure picklist

RDFCS 18.0.009 version

This passed and the 0 is gone. However, there is an option for No Override and a blank selection. Wouldn’t these do the exact same thing? Selecting the blank should be just like selected No Override. Is there any benefit in switching them over?
