sales of order printing

Hi Experts.

I'm developing report 'printing sales of order' report.

I have a question about define parameter.

Requirement:

define a parameter as print selection

the value is 'all' and 'new'.

the logic is while  select 'new', check the other condition ( supplier, sales of order number etc) and exclude the printed order.

while select 'all', it will print all reports although it printed before.

I want to know if there is existing lookup that could meet the requirement.
