Remove Public Roles from Admin Users

Hi,

Is there a way to unassign the Public User Roles as DATAENTRY, DOCUMENT_REVIEW, DEFAULT, DRIVER, EXTERNAL and SERVPROV from a user which has been assigned only the ADMIN role?

Already logged in as DBA Admin, and had a look at those roles, which have as Grantee User Role assigned as ADMIN that can't be removed.
