tacking long time to open any application of PY environment in JDE Development client (flat client)

Any application like omw, bv or rd etc have been normally opened in DV environment  of JDE Development client  (flat client) but same application have tacking more then 30 mints to open in PY  environment. No error is found on logs. please guide me to fix it.
