Interface Managers are inactive even after setting profile TP:INV Transaction Processing Mode as onl

Hi,

We have set profile TP:INV Transaction Processing Mode as online-processing but interface managers are still inactive, and record from interface are still pending.

Please see below details for more information:

RDBMS : 12.1.0.2.0

Oracle Applications : 12.2.6

When we run program or schedule then managers are active but for online processing status is inactive.
