Unlocking Mobile Timecard

When using the mobile timecard app the timecard is locked for the mobile user to complete and submit the timecard. The timecard is locked in the application and can not be edited or deleted.  We are concerned that we could have an employee start a timecard using the Mobile apps and then not be available to complete the timecard that is locked by the mobile apps.  As an administrator how can this timecard be unlocked or deleted so a manager can complete and submit for payroll?
